Rod Yancy: Rod is the managing attorney for RTY Law, a firm focused on estate planning, trust administration, probate, and estate and trust litigation. Rod is an Oklahoma native, graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a double major in Philosophy and Political Science. Rod went on to attend law school at the University of Oklahoma on scholarship. Rod married his wife Erin, his college sweetheart, in 2005. Rod and Erin have two children, Thomas and William. Rod is licensed to practice in the Oklahoma Supreme Court and all Oklahoma District Courts, and the Arkansas Supreme Court and all Arkansas District Courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the Tulsa County Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker on estate planning topics throughout the community.

Jacob “JJ” Kerksieck: JJ is an attorney at RTY Law and practices in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, and probate. JJ was born and raised in Stuttgart, Arkansas but has spent the last 8 years in Northwest Arkansas as a proud Razorback. JJ received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He then went on to Law School at the University of Arkansas, where he received his J.D. and then his Masters of Law (LLM) in food and agriculture.  JJ is a member of the Arkansas Bar and licensed to practice throughout his native state.

Vikki Carrell: Vikki is the RTY Law Funding Coordinator. She studied business at Northeastern State University and then moved to Stillwater to open a salon. After moving back to Tulsa to be closer to family, Vikki joined the RTY Law team, bringing a positive attitude and fun energy to work everyday. She enjoys spending free time with family, thrifting and repurposing antiques, and reading.

  

 

 

 

 

 

Maggie Collins: Maggie is a legal assistant at RTY Law.  Originally from Virginia, she recently graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in communications. New to Tulsa, Maggie spends her free time volunteering at The Coffee Bunker, an organization that supports local veterans. She enjoys watching Food Network, online shopping, and traveling.

 

Brian Kelley: Brian is a financial advisor at RTY Law. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelors in Accounting. Brian recently moved to Tulsa to be closer to family and friends but has already made plans to start volunteering at the Philbrook Museum and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. He enjoys his down time by meal prepping, collecting vinyl, and attending sports events.
