Jacob “JJ” Kerksieck: JJ is an attorney at RTY Law and practices in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, and probate. JJ was born and raised in Stuttgart, Arkansas but has spent the last 8 years in Northwest Arkansas as a proud Razorback. JJ received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He then went on to Law School at the University of Arkansas, where he received his J.D. and then his Masters of Law (LLM) in food and agriculture. JJ is a member of the Arkansas Bar and licensed to practice throughout his native state.
Vikki Carrell: Vikki is the RTY Law Funding Coordinator. She studied business at Northeastern State University and then moved to Stillwater to open a salon. After moving back to Tulsa to be closer to family, Vikki joined the RTY Law team, bringing a positive attitude and fun energy to work everyday. She enjoys spending free time with family, thrifting and repurposing antiques, and reading.
Maggie Collins: Maggie is a legal assistant at RTY Law. Originally from Virginia, she recently graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in communications. New to Tulsa, Maggie spends her free time volunteering at The Coffee Bunker, an organization that supports local veterans. She enjoys watching Food Network, online shopping, and traveling.
Drew Gilbert: Drew is a paralegal at RTY Law. He attended the University of Oklahoma, earning his B.A. in International and Area Studies in 2009. Following a three-year period he spent teaching as a volunteer in Antofagasta, Chile and as a Composition instructor at the University of Oklahoma, he went on to attend the University of Virginia School of Law as a Law Dean’s Scholar. After his graduation in 2015, he spent a year practicing at a midsize firm in the District of Columbia before returning to Tulsa, Oklahoma, his hometown. Drew is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
Brian Kelley: Brian is a legal assistant at RTY Law. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelors in Accounting. Brian recently moved to Tulsa to be closer to family and friends but has already made plans to start volunteering at the Philbrook Museum and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. He enjoys his down time by meal prepping, collecting vinyl, and attending sports events.
